Brazil - Imaculada
Smooth, caramel-sweet & beautifully mellow.
Smooth, sweet and easy to come back to. This natural-process Yellow Catuai from Fazenda Brazinhos in Cerrado Mineiro, Brazil, brings notes of crème caramel, fruit cake and a hint of cherry. Mellow and approachable, it’s a delicious companion for slow autumn mornings.
Produced by a women-led team headed by Imaculada Barbosa, this coffee comes from a family with roots in coffee growing dating back to the early 1900s. Imaculada’s husband, Danilo, has led the family’s coffee operations since 1979.
We roast this Brazilian specialty coffee light to highlight its sweetness and gentle fruit notes. Best enjoyed as filter coffee, whether you’re brewing a pour-over, batch brew or French press.

Recommended Resting
To get the best out of our coffees we recommend resting them. We have found for espresso the optimal age is 10 - 21 days after the roast date and for filter brew methods we find our coffees start tasting best after 3-4 weeks after the roast!
