Spilt Milk is a specialty coffee roaster and café based in Revelstoke, BC. Inspired by Australian café culture, we focus on producing approachable, high-quality coffee for everyday drinking.

Spilt Milk started as a café — built around good coffee, good food, and a strong sense of community. After years of working in hospitality and talking about roasting, we decided to take things a step further and start roasting our own coffee.

What began as an idea quickly turned into a core part of what we do. Roasting allows us to have more control over quality, consistency, and the overall experience we offer — both in the café and at home.

Our approach to roasting is shaped by how people actually drink coffee.

Our Everyday range is designed to be reliable, approachable, and easy to brew — coffees you can’t mess up at home. Our Premium range is where we get to explore more expressive, seasonal coffees with unique flavour profiles.

Whether you’re brewing your first cup or refining your routine, we aim to make great coffee feel accessible.

Revelstoke is at the heart of everything we do.

Our café is a space for locals, visitors, and anyone passing through — whether you’re heading to the mountain, coming off a ride, or just looking for a good cup of coffee. It’s where we connect with our community, and where Spilt Milk continues to grow.
