We started Spilt Milk with a simple idea: make good coffee, take care of people, and stay true to the kind of place we’d want to walk into ourselves. What began as a love for Australian café culture and the way it blends hospitality, innovation, and exceptional quality - found its home here in Revelstoke.
We’ve grown by showing up every day, learning from the spills as much as the wins, and building a space that reflects the community around us. The café, the roastery, the people behind the bar, the regulars who we know by name - this is the heart of what we do.
At the end of the day, we stand for coffee that’s honest, hospitality that’s genuine, and a place where anyone can pull up a chair and feel part of something real.
Story of Origin
We moved to Revelstoke in 2014, drawn to the mountains but yearning for a taste of home.
As Australians, we grew up surrounded by a vibrant cafe culture, where quality coffee was always within reach. Recognizing this gap in Revelstoke, we were determined to bring a piece of what we loved to the community.
In 2017, we opened the doors to our cafe. A few years later, we took our passion even further with the launch of our own roastery.
Beyond good coffee and food, Spilt Milk has become a hub for connection, where people gather over good food and good coffee. It’s been the coolest thing to witness, and we’re excited to keep the energy going by exploring new flavors, dreaming up fresh ideas, and collaborating with local artists to bring new layers to our brand.
We’re constantly evolving while keeping our commitment to quality, community, and enjoying the journey at the heart of what we do.
