Local Revelstoke customers can now order their coffee in our re-usable aluminum pails. Simply select the # of kg's you require in multiples of 1 or 2kg. Each pail holds up to 8kg.
Please ensure that any empty pails are ready to be switched out on delivery day (Tuesday).
Note that any pails which are not returned will incur a fee of $30/ pail which will be invoiced separately.

A sweet and clean everyday coffee with tasting notes of honeycomb, brown sugar, candied orange with a long finish. Ideal for drip or espresso, this comforting, well-rounded coffee comes from Ricardo Zelaya's ‘Finca Santa Clara’ farm in the Antigua region of Guatemala. Perfect for daily enjoyment, black or with milk.
Brew Method
Filter: 16:1 water-to-coffee ratio, medium-coarse grind
Espresso: 2:1 yield-to-dose ratio, fine grind, 30-second shot
Recommended Resting
To get the best out of our coffees we recommend resting them. We have found for espresso the optimal age is 10 - 21 days after the roast date and for filter brew methods we find our coffees start tasting best after 3-4 weeks after the roast!
