1. Where are you located?

You can find us in Revelstoke, BC. Come by for a coffee if you’re in town.

2. Do you have a café?

Yes, our café is the heart of Spilt Milk. We serve coffee, food, and good vibes daily ⭐

3. Do you offer wholesale?

We do! Head to our wholesale page to learn more or get in touch.

4. Do you include freebies?

Occasionally 👀 Keep an eye out - we like to throw in the odd extra. Or sign up to our newsletter for the latest updates and VIP extra's.

1. How fresh is your coffee?

We roast all of our coffee in Revelstoke and ship it as fresh as possible. For best results, we recommend brewing within 2–4 weeks of the roast date.

2. How should I store my coffee?

Keep your coffee in an airtight container, away from light, heat, and moisture. Avoid the fridge - a cool, dry cupboard is best.

3. Do you grind coffee?

Yes! We offer grind options for most brew methods. If you’re not sure what to choose, just reach out — we’re happy to help.

4. What coffee should I choose?

Our Everyday range is designed to be approachable and easy to brew, while our Premium coffees are more expressive and seasonal. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out to coffee@spilt-milk.ca and we'll help guide you in the right direction.

1. When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (ex weekends and statutory holidays).

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over $75 within Canada.

3. Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help. Send us an email as soon as possible.

Do you ship to the United States?

At the moment, we only ship within Canada. We’re hoping to expand to the US in the future - stay tuned!

1. I’m new to brewing - what should I start with?

We recommend starting with something simple like a V60 or AeroPress. They’re affordable, easy to use, and produce great coffee at home.

2. Do I need a scale?

Not essential, but highly recommended if you want to get consistent results.

3. What grind size should I use?

It depends on your brew method - we include grind options at checkout, or you can reach out and we’ll guide you.
